New Hires and More Apprentices Join to Strengthen TSP's Nuclear Engineering Team

Sharon Baillie of Lakes College in West Cumbria said “Lakes College and TSP have worked closely together to recruit through the Apprenticeship Academy and deliver apprenticeships for a number of years. We have delivered degree apprenticeships from Level 3 to Level 6 with some exceptional results, it’s a privilege to train the engineers of the future right here in West Cumbria.

In addition to welcoming skilled and experienced welders and fitters, TSP is proud to support the growth of the nuclear engineering field by providing more opportunities for apprenticeships. The company's apprenticeship program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience, equipping aspiring engineers with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in Nuclear Engineering.
