To provide support for all the administrative functions within the Supply Chain environment.

This will include supporting the management of bin stocks and consignment stock using the business systems and processes, generating and distributing KPI’s in agreed timescales.

General administration duties including minute taking, creation of spreadsheets and power point presentations.

Key Accountability's

  • Support with the management of all bin stock items including consignment stock using business systems and processes. This will include monitoring stock levels and analysing usage, liaising with SME’s to ensure correct levels are maintained.

  • Raise requisitions daily based on the requirements identified by the MRP (Materials Replenishment Process) and analysis.

  • Analysing data for the Workshop stock vending machines, highlighting areas for concern.

  • Obtaining approval to procure, processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.

  • Purchase order maintenance ensuring delivery dates and costs are kept up to date in accordance with Business Processes.

  • Arrange Transport and Courier requests and updating the Transport Log.

  • Generate and distribute Monthly KPI’s for the Supply Chain Department including On Time In Full analysis (OTIF).

  • Generate expediting reports to ensure all outstanding purchase orders are being managed and delivered, ensuring they are kept up to date, liaising with key internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor Non Conformance Reports (NCR’s) raised in the Supply Chain, updating the master log and liaising with suppliers and stakeholders for close out in a agreed timescales.

  • General Administration duties as and when required including minute taking, creation and updating spreadsheets and power point presentations.

  • Raising general purchase orders for other departments as and when required.

  • Proactively maintaining the Supply Chain Database.

  • Administrator for Supply Chain Business System, updating current processes and templates as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills


  • 2 years minimum experience in a busy office admin role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages.

  • Educated to Grade 4 or above in Maths & English.

  • Proactive and ability to work in a very busy environment.

  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to meet deadlines set out by line manager.

  • Ability to adapt to using new systems and processes to meet business needs.

  • Excellent communication skills
