We are thrilled to announce we have been selected as finalists in the 2021 in-Cumbria Business Awards! Two seems to be our lucky number, as once again we have been successful in both our submissions of ‘Flying the Flag for Cumbria’ and ‘Apprentice of the Year’.

The ‘Apprentice of the Year’ award aims to recognise an apprentice who has demonstrated real dedication and passion for their industry – that’s a big tick from our Mechanical Design Apprentice, Amee Flynn! And the ‘Flying the Flag for Cumbria’ award is for those who are proud Cumbrian businesses, putting Cumbria on the map – which is something you all know we love to do. Supporting the next generation and shouting about the powerhouse which Cumbria is are real passions of ours, so we couldn’t be prouder knowing this shone through in our applications.

In addition to being successful in our submissions, TSP Engineering are proud to be sponsoring ‘Best Large Business’ – a category we have won in the past. We’re thankful to have this opportunity as it allows us to show our support for other local businesses, especially after we’ve all had such a challenging year.

Awards are really important to us – from allowing our team to get the external recognition they deserve, to showing off our capabilities to the world! But it’s fair to say the in-Cumbria Business Awards hold a special place in our heart due to their locality and passion. The ceremony will take place at The Halston in Carlisle on the 25th November hosted by BBC Countryfile’s Helen Skelton. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
