We’re delighted to announce that TSP Engineering has been shortlisted in the ‘Large Business of the Year’ category for the annual Business Awards by Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster (BECBC).  Four companies have been shortlisted in this category with the winner being announced at a Gala Dinner on Thursday 23rd November 2017.

“The Business Awards have grown and evolved and this is the first year that we’ve made them an annual event,” said Alison Johnston of Dodd & Co Accountants and a member of the BECBC Board.“It’s great to see some relatively recent members among those shortlisted and several dynamic younger companies too. They may not all be familiar names but that’s part of the purpose of the Business Awards – celebrating successes and showcasing the best of Cumbrian business.”

John Grainger concluded: “It’s excellent to have a major Cumbrian business like Carr’s Engineering involved as our Main Event and Large Business of the Year sponsor for 2017 and I’m pleased that the range of those shortlisted says a lot about the Business Cluster’s membership.  This year’s shortlists have representation from marketing and project management, hospitality and aerial filming as well as the engineering, nuclear and decommissioning specialists you might expect.  I don’t envy the judges their job over the summer but look forward to celebrating their decisions in November.”
